I had a wonderful experience ordering from Piccadilly! The food was delicious, and I was impressed with their exceptional customer service. After encountering a small issue, I decided to email the manager. To my delight, they were incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to make things right. It's refreshing to see a company that genuinely cares about their customers. I'm definitely looking forward to ordering from Piccadilly again in the future!
Friendly faces...!!! A rare sight... when a patron enters,are asked what would you like!!! The servings are very good portions..my family and I have tried...most items,,...home cooked appearance.. Enjoy.
I visited this location last night and tonight for my family and my experience was GREAT! 1000/10 It was very clean inside and the manager and her team were very welcoming and they worked very well together!! They went over and beyond to offer the best costumer service experience. When there wasn’t any chicken tenders left, they made fresh ones with no problem. Also, let me mention that it was about 40 minutes until closing on and no one acted as if they were in a rush or unpleasant; and guests continued to come in and were served with the same attitude. I love this location and will continue visiting. Good customer service is so HARD TO FIND now a days! Oh, and the food was as good as the customer service!!
The food is always good and they get you in and out quickly. The sweet potato pie isn't that great. It's a bit heavy on the spice, but that's just a personal preference. The carrot souffle on the other hand, THE BEST!
Only place I can still get liver and onions. Cabbage and broccoli were good as well. My go to spot for a down home meal anytime I'm in Olive Branch.

I prefer this location due to the area they have such great customer service from management to the cashiers, & servers the food is always good. This was the only Piccadilly that served Turkey & dressing on a daily basis instead of a seasonal entree. Kudos Olive Branch Piccadilly
Never a problem and good fresh food. Busy place so no time for chit chat, but the staff has always been helpful when asked. I am vegetarian and love the veggie plate for under 10. Thankfully the veggies are not cooked with bacon or animal fat. Nice rotation of different vegetable offerings.
